A well rounded summary of the week Bear. Hoping next week, which ends with fantasy ghosts, witches and orange pumpkins, rather than real life ones, will be better x
On the "Hellsite" where they do the blurb for the QT quests Nadine Dorries was not described as a former (failed) Torie MP who has gone over to the even darker side of Reform, but as a newspaper columnist! Did they think we have the memory span of the proverbial goldfish?
At. Fookin. Last! A single , hopefully significant, crack in the dam that was fast becoming the utterly impenetrable decline of UK PLC - a win for Plaid Cymru.
I've never prayed (for real) in my close to 70 years, but right now I'm prepared to invoke any, and all, assistance I can possible muster to try to halt what felt (perhaps that's far too presumptuous) like the terminal decline of hope and humanity.
All the great fightbacks can be traced back to seemingly insignificant victories, so here's hoping, and praying if you're that way out, that this small victory sends the crystal clear message it is to those who spend their lives ignoring we who elected them.
At this point in time, we can expect no more than the normal BS from those sticking tampons up their blooded noses. However, if anyone is actually listening in Labour HQ then there is indeed time for them to take their thumbs from out of their bums and get on with the only job they were elected for and that's listening and responding to the needs of the UK population...
Thank you so much. Like you I am sceptical with respect to Rachel Reeves comment about Brexit. I think it’s more likely to do with having something to blame for any tax rises etc and not related to the common sense of rejoining!!

Native Dorries, the wannabe grafter who keeps on giving her own peculiar brand of bullshit
Masked behind the wall of right wing media noise are a lot of people who despair at the antics of Reform and the Tories.
Just saying.

Thanks for the Monks Bear, just subscribed.
Only just getting round to reading this now. You and Emma Monks, what a double act!
