Your writing about the insanities of the past year, and your compassionate views as well as your nuance when talking about issues that many tend to present through a black and white lenses was such a breath of fresh air for me as a fellow foreigner on British soil that couldn't believe the turns this country (and its people) were taking.
Above all, your being very human (despite the bearly mask) and vulnerable with a bunch of online strangers is probably what has made us all feel your pain when you've shared your burdens and the difficult situations you've navigated recently. I don't think I would have handled half of it with such grace and managed to keep on writing regularly.
Give yourself an enormous bearly pat on the back for how far you've come and how much you've inspired others along the way.

You've certainly had some tough times Mr. 🐻, what with the stresses from your previous NHS job, your new job in the private sector, then the very sad loss of your father.
Turmoils that would cause lesser mortals to focus only on themselves, and rightly so, with their attention on other commitments left waning.
It's testament to the type of man you are that despite these personal events and tragedies, you have never abandoned your readers and have always kept this blog going, no doubt from your sense of responsibility and love for your audience, fans & supporters.
People follow you and your work on these platforms because of your clear, precise illumination of political facts and the mis-/dis-information blanket of bullshit they become wrapped in.
Your cup of empathy overflow's for those less fortunate; the weak, poor and dispossessed, along with the sick, unemployed and disabled, who are being attacked daily by the "elites" of political parties, media commentators and the anonymous backers of the Tufton Street Think-tanks & Lobbyists!
Your values, morality and sense of fairness shine through every post you write, are a joy to read and we have learned so much from your engagement with us.
